Short, specific reports help improve the converter without requiring private model data.

• The file extension, approximate file size, and selected preset.
• The visible error code, such as conversion_failed, quota_exceeded, or rate_limited.
• Whether the source came from a public sample, an exporter, or a CAD system you can name.

Confidential CAD warning

Avoid sending proprietary STEP files or sensitive geometry by email. If a private sample is needed later, the operator should agree to a separate secure handling process first.

Deployment note

The default contact address is configurable with NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAIL. Replace the placeholder address before a real public launch if the deployment uses a custom domain.
